2. General Terms of Usage of the Website

II. Service-Specific Terms

These Terms of Service apply to services offered by Pulse Craft Ventures. You accept these Terms when you use our services.

Pay-per-call, Lead Generation & Media Buying

Scope

We generate, buy, and sell leads to fulfill customer demand in markets.

Conditions
  • Leads are passed through pre-approved customer filter parameters.
  • Leadership information is owned by the company and cannot be reused or resold except as stipulated.
  • Pulse Craft Ventures cannot guarantee ROI or lead conversion except in written form.
  • All leads come in API, Excel, CSV, or integration with CRM format.

We assure lead legitimacy but cannot be held accountable for invalid contact information or end-client abuse.

Affiliate Marketing (Publishers & Advertisers)

Advertiser Terms
  • Must deliver precise creatives, target data, and final landing pages.
  • They are billed on negotiated rates (CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, CPM).
  • Contested conversions within 7 days should not be permitted.
Publisher Terms
  • All sources of traffic are to be revealed and approved.
  • All the fake traffic (bots, spam clicks, duplicate installs) will be subject to additional punishment of instant blacklisting and loss of earned payouts.
  • Publisher payment will be issued 30 days following month-end upon validation of conversion.
  • Payment or approval delays can impact calendars.

We employ standard industry tracking tools, and they are final in making decisions unless otherwise indicated by server logs or analytics data.

III. Subscription-Specific Terms

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 30 days or more in advance: 50% cancellation fee 
  • Cancellation 30 days or less in advance: 100% cancellation fee
  • Act of nature or political unrest could lead to re-scheduling and not refund.

Payment Policy

  • All services are prepaid unless otherwise specified in a signed contract.
  • No Refunds: Refund shall not be made after a service has been commenced, stopped, or finished.
  • Over 7 days’ late payments will be charged 5% per month.
  • All claims should be referred within 5 working days from receipt of invoice.
